Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age requirement for the daytime event, however all children (0-12) must be accompanied by at least one responsible parent or guardian.

All persons attending with a ticket for the Evening party must be 18 or over, and provide valid ID such as a driver’s license or passport.

All persons attending with a student ticket must provide a valid student ID.

All persons attending with a disabled concession or carer ticket must provide proof of their condition. This could include:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Attendance Allowance (AA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter
  • Blind Persons Registration
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment
  • A current and valid Blue Badge (photocopy of both sides)
  • A medical letter from your doctor or consultant

Do you have an anti-harassment policy?

We do not tolerate bullying or harassment. Coastal Comic Con operate a zero tolerance policy for harassment, bullying or inappropriate behaviour and it will result in immediate eviction from the site with no refund. Our full Anti-Harassment policy can be seen here.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Royal Bath hotel is just a five minute walk from the central bus exchange in Bournemouth Town Centre, and a fifteen minute walk from Bournemouth Railway Station. There are several large pay-and-display car parks in the town centre, including the Bath Road car park next door to the hotel itself.
